β β β β β Fin da subito il Maestro ti fa sentire parte del gruppo, sempre disponibile a venirti in contro su orari, giorni e altre eventuali problematiche. Lezioni di gruppo sempre diverse e stimolanti, seguite in maniera eccellente con notevoli miglioramenti personali. Disciplina e rispetto sono sicuramente le fondamenta della palestra.
 Right from the start, the Master makes you feel part of the group, always available to meet you on schedules, days and any other problems. Always different and stimulating group lessons, followed in an excellent way with notable personal improvements. Discipline and respect are certainly the foundations of the gym.

Il maestro panos Γ¨ una persona che mette avanti i suoi studenti, sempre pronto a venire incontro e a creare una situazione di armonia tra le persone che si allenano insieme. Preparatissimo dal punto di vista tecnico e fornito di attrezzatura per la Muay Thai e la pesistica, consiglio vivamente di entrare a far parte della famiglia panos!
Great gym and great teacher, the simplest ways to describe this team. The panos master is a person who puts his students forward, always ready to come to meet and create a situation of harmony between the people who train together. Very well prepared from a technical point of view and equipped with Muay Thai and weightlifting equipment, I highly recommend becoming part of the panos family!

β β β β β Nella palestra del maestro Panos hai modo di progredire e migliorare la tua forma fisica, oltre che a imparare lβarte della muhay thai. Il tutto insieme a un bel gruppo e la guida del maestro che, con la giusta rigiditΓ e allegria allo stesso tempo, Γ¨ sempre pronto a darti il consiglio giusto senza mai lasciarti da solo allo sbaraglio(cosa che succede spesso purtroppo in altre palestre). Per permettere ciΓ², grazie alla sua dedizione(si vede che ci mette il cuore), verrai inserito in gruppetti di poche persone per poter lavorare meglio, in base al tuo livello e alle tue esigenze personali. La sceglierei altre mille volte e la consiglio a chi ha veramente intenzione di migliorare e mettersi in gioco!
In the gym of master Panos you have the opportunity to progress and improve your physical shape, as well as to learn the art of muhay thai. All this together with a nice group and the guidance of the teacher who, with the right rigidity and cheerfulness at the same time, is always ready to give you the right advice without ever leaving you alone in the fray (which unfortunately often happens in other gyms). To allow this, thanks to his dedication (you can see that he puts his heart into it), you will be placed in small groups of a few people in order to work better, according to your level and your personal needs. I would choose it a thousand more times and recommend it to those who really intend to improve and get involved!

β β β β β Da tempo volevo iniziare a praticare muay thai, non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio!
Panos Γ¨ un maestro nel senso proprio del termine, desideroso di spiegare (non solo la tecnica ma anche filosofia e cultura che costituiscono quest'arte marziale) e seguire gli allievi in maniera impeccabile, rispettando i limiti di ciascuno ma stimolando un costante miglioramento.
Ogni allenamento Γ¨ divertente, dinamico e fin dall'inizio si ha la sensazione di essere parte del gruppo. L'armonia ed il rispetto che si respirano in palestra, la grande attenzione e competenza del maestro contribuiscono a creare un grande entusiasmo. La palestra Γ¨ ben fornita e situata all'interno di un parco in cui si svolgono diverse attivitΓ sportive.
Consigliato per chiunque abbia voglia di mettersi alla prova ed imparare!
For a long time I wanted to start practicing muay thai, I couldn't have asked for better!
Panos is a master in the proper sense of the term, eager to explain (not only the technique but also the philosophy and culture that make up this martial art) and follow the students in an impeccable way, respecting the limits of each one but stimulating constant improvement.
Each workout is fun, dynamic and from the beginning you have the feeling of being part of the group. The harmony and respect that you can breathe in the gym, the great attention and competence of the teacher contribute to creating great enthusiasm. The gym is well equipped and located within a park where various sports activities take place.
Recommended for anyone who wants to test themselves and learn!
