Personale preparato, location pulita, staff preparatissimo, competente!
La palestra è su due piani,al piano terra c'è la sala pesi e la sala cardio, con gli insegnanti di riferimento che stilano (incluso Nell abbonamento) un protocollo di lavoro in base all'esigenza e all'aspettativa del cliente. Nel momento in cui fai iscrizione hai diritto a tre incontri con il perso al trainer in cui dopo una anamnesi stila la scheda che il cliente dovrà seguire. A conclusione della scheda di lavoro, in reception si prende un appuntamento per un cambio scheda (senza costi aggiuntivi).

Al piano di sopra ci sono due sale in cui si svolgono i corsi adulti (dalle 19 in poi) e i corsi per bambini :judo, Ginn. Artistica, danza classica e moderna, hip hop e panda wushu.
Gli insegnanti sino molto preparati e bravissimi con i bambini!
Gli spogliatoi sono dotati di armadietti (se dimentichi il lucchetto in segreteria te ne prestano uno) docce e phon, non c'è bisogno di gettone ne tessera.
Che dire... Per mettersi in forma consiglio sport center, una garanzia!

The gym is on two floors, on the ground floor there is the weight room and the cardio room, with the reference teachers who draft (including the subscription) a work protocol based on the client's need and expectation. When you register you have the right to three meetings with the lost trainer, where after a medical history he draws up the form that the client will have to follow. At the end of the worksheet, at the reception you make an appointment for a change of card (without additional costs).

Upstairs there are two rooms for adult courses (from 7pm onwards) and courses for children: judo, Ginn. Artistic, classical and modern dance, hip hop and panda wushu.
Teachers up very prepared and very good with children!
The locker rooms are equipped with lockers (if you forget the padlock in the secretary office they will lend you one) showers and hairdryer, there is no need for a chip or card.
What to say ... To get fit I recommend the sports center, a guarantee!
