Anche in questo periodo difficile si sono organizzati in modo eccellente per mantenere tutte le distanze previste dalla legge igienizzando tutte le volte tutti gli attrezzi e la sala corsi. Consiglio a tutti di frequentarla perché è un’ambiente familiare, professionale e sicuro.
I have been to this gym for a short time but it is really the best. Even in this difficult period, they organized themselves in an excellent way to keep all the distances required by law, sanitizing all the tools and the training room every time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ottima palestra, sala pesi fornitissima e numerosi corsi che si possono seguire da quelli più cardio a quelli più funzionali. Hanno anche corsi pilates sia di gruppo che singoli con Daniela che è un'ottima insegnante sempre aggiornata. Oltretutto in questo periodo la palestra viene continuamente sanificata e pulita a regola d'arte e vengono fatte rispettare le regole per farti allenare in tranquillità e sicurezza. Cosa non da poco.

Nonostante la delicata situazione di emergenza covid, all’apertura della palestra si è subito notata la grande riorganizzazione di spazi e metodi per potersi allenare in tutta sicurezza. Sono infatti garantiti: spazi con distanziamento, abbondante quantità di igienizzanti per mani, alcool per disinfettare gli attrezzi dopo il loro utilizzo e sanificazione delle sale più volte nell’arco della giornata. Si accede in palestra solo se muniti di guanti e mascherina. Consiglio di frequentare la palestra ASD Sport and Fitness per chi vuole rimettersi in forma in totale sicurezza. Grazie Daniela e Luca per la professionalità che vi contraddistingue, anche in questa situazione.

Anche in una situazione delicata in questa emergenza covid, hanno saputo riorganizzare spazi e metodi di accesso alla palestra. È sempre garantita la distanza di sicurezza tra gli utenti, è obbligatorio accedere con mascherina e guanti alla palestra, sono posizionati ovunque dispenser con gel igienizzanti mani, viene eseguita la sanificazione post ogni corso tenuta da daniela e in sala attrezzi piu volte al di. l'utente deve disinfettare gli attrezzi con alcool post utilizzo, alcool che viene abbondantemente fornito dalla palestra.
Consiglio a tutti di frequentare ASD sport and fitness per rimettersi in forma in tutta SICUREZZA! complimenti Daniela e Luca!

The safety distance between users is always guaranteed, access to the gym with mask and gloves is mandatory, dispensers are placed everywhere with hand sanitizing gel, post sanitization is performed every course held by Daniela and in the tool room several times a day. the user must disinfect the tools with post-use alcohol, alcohol that is abundantly supplied by the gym.

Daniela e Luca curano con attenzione i numerosi corsi che propongono (Cross cardio, Strike fitness, Yosekan Budo, Power e Tower Pilates per citare i principali) seguendo con attenzione i progressi dei corsisti. La sala attrezzi ha numerose macchine, sempre manutenute a dovere in modo da garantire un allenamento ottimale e completo. Pulizia da sempre impeccabile e ulteriormente perfezionata in periodo COVID.
Oltre all'attività classica di palestra, su prenotazione è possibile avere la consulenza di vari professionisti della salute (nutrizionista, osteopata).
Palestra veramente consigliata sia per chi vuole avvicinarsi/riavvicinarsi all'attività fisica, sia per coloro che sono già in forma e vogliono provare nuovi corsi o migliorarsi ancora.
