★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oggi pensavo che ho 51 anni e frequento la Palestrina da 25, la metà della mia vita trascorsa anche e molto lì.
oggi mi ha sorpreso ancora, frequento anche 2 centri sportivi moderni, grandi, ma l'introvabile amuchina era lì alla Palestrina, a disposizione di tutti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una palestra ben attrezzata e specializzata in ginnastica posturale, funzionale e pilates. I corsi sono tenuti da fisioterapisti e osteopati. La sala fitness non è grandissima ma è completa di tutti gli attrezzi e comunque abbastanza comoda. Il personale è molto disponibile. Spogliatoio ampio e pulito. Se avesse avuto una spa sarebbe stata perfetta. L"unico difetto è il fatto che è un po' difficile trovare il parcheggio.
A well-equipped gym specializing in postural, functional and pilates gymnastics. The courses are taught by physiotherapists and osteopaths. The fitness room is not huge but it is complete with all the tools and still quite comfortable. The staff is very helpful. Spacious and clean dressing room. If he had had a spa it would have been perfect. The only flaw is the fact that it is a bit difficult to find parking.

Un luogo ideale nel quale avvicinarsi all'arte del Resistance Training, grazie anche e soprattutto all'immarcescibile Livio Manganelli.
Chi lavora con passione fa sempre la differenza, unico difetto? I prezzi degli abbonamenti troppo BASSI!!!

An ideal place to approach the art of Resistance Training, thanks also and above all to the immortal Livio Manganelli.
Who works with passion always makes the difference, the only flaw? The prices of the subscriptions are too LOW !!!
