Frequento il corso di yoga tube da un mese e lo consiglierei a chiunque. Il mio corpo sta rispondendo benissimo e l'ora di lezione mi sembra durare 10 minuti per quanto è piacevole. Jayoga. A welcoming and very clean environment. Really prepared and professional teachers. I have been attending the yoga tube course for a month and I would recommend it to anyone. My body is responding very well and the lesson time seems to me to last 10 minutes for how pleasant it is.

Il primo giorno prima di entrare volevo fuggire,non avevo mai fatto yoga, tanto meno acroyoga e non mi trovo facilmente a mio agio...ora non posso fare a meno dell'acroyoga e di loro. Senza di loro non avrei sopportato il peso di questo anno. They are two special people, who love what they do, very good. Se io abitassi nelle vicinanze di Porta Furba, mi iscriverei al corso di yoga acrobatico; per me ci sarebbe comunque il problema dell'orario, infatti il corso viene fatto troppo tardi per i miei gusti; forse ad altri va bene così, ma ci tenevo a esporre la mia opinione. Le lezioni che ho seguito si sono svolte in un altro orario, infatti erano lezioni straordinarie, che vengono chiamate «acro jam session». Gli istruttori di acroyoga spiegano bene. Non ho seguito gli altri corsi, pertanto non li giudico. Consiglio Jayoga a chi può raggiungere facilmente la sede. I attended two acroyoga lessons that took place at the Jayoga venue. I enjoyed both lessons very much. If I lived near Porta Furba, I would enroll in the acrobatic yoga course; for me there would still be the problem of the timetable, in fact the course is done too late for my taste; maybe others are fine with that, but I wanted to express my opinion. The lessons I followed took place at another time, in fact they were extraordinary lessons, which are called "acro jam session". The acroyoga instructors explain well. I have not followed the other courses, therefore I do not judge them. I recommend Jayoga to anyone who can easily reach the venue.

Le classi che offrono sono sempre interessanti e modulate secondo le capacità degli allievi, quindi sia un principiante o uno yogin con più esperienza trovano a Jayoga la pratica adatta. Che dire poi delle lezioni di Acroyoga o Aeree ! SUPER!!! E per concludere la sala è molto ben attrezzata, climatizzata, a doppia altezza, ... The teachers are more than good! Lovely welcoming atmosphere. Right next to metro stop Porta Furba and easy to find. Best yoga choice you'll ever make if either living in Rome or just travelling through. Namaskar.
