★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra buona,istruttori qualificati che sanno ascoltarti e rispondere con professionalità a qualsiasi cosa ti passi per la testa;si respira aria old school,assente in altre palestre,e si ode il rumore della ghisa,dei dischi sui bilancieri...in poche parole,se vuoi raggiungere e superare i tuoi limiti,è questo il posto che fa per te,dove se i compagni di allenamento ti vedono caricare 200kg negli stacchi,altrove ti prenderebbero per pazzo,qui invece ti urlano di aggiungere 2 altri ventoni,e ti incoraggiano,anche se mentalmente non riusciresti più neanche a sollevare il bilanciere vuoto...ed è questo che mi piace!!!
Good gym, qualified instructors who know how to listen to you and respond professionally to anything that goes through your head; you can breathe old school air, absent in other gyms, and you hear the sound of cast iron, of the disks on the rockers ... in a nutshell , if you want to reach and overcome your limits, this is the place for you, where if your training companions see you load 200kg in the deadlifts, elsewhere they would take you crazy, here instead they shout to add 2 more twenties, and you encourage, even if mentally you would not even be able to lift the empty barbell anymore ... and that's what I like !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrambi , tanto Salvatore quanto Lucia sono in grado di eliminare ogni dubbio in quanto a salute fisica e fitness. .preparatissimi e soprattutto bravissime persone . Basta frequentare la palestra per giorni per non poterne più fare a meno . si respira odore di casa e cordialità.
