Non è una palestra ma una "seconda casa"....tutti i giorni siamo lì in una grande famiglia attenta agli aspetti tecnici ma soprattutto a quelli umani, affettivi e relazionali....le altlete si mettono alla prova sempre supportate da insegnanti che credono in loro e le spronano ad andare avanti...Il posto giusro per chi vuole sentirsi a casa....
Gym equipped with trained and competent technicians ....
It is not a gym but a "second home" .... every day we are there in a big family attentive to the technical aspects but above all to the human, emotional and relational ones .... the athletes put themselves to the test always supported by teachers who believe in them and encourage them to go on ... The right place for those who want to feel at home ....

si cammina a testa in giù e ci si siede in spaccata! ?
Per stiracchiarsi si fa un ponte o ci si appende alle parallele...?
se invece vuoi trovare l equilibrio con il mondo intero sali sulla trave e ti sbizzarrisci con tutti gli esercizi!!!?
Tutti i tecnici sono lì a disposizione per portarti sempre e comunque "oltre" quelle che credi siano le tue uniche capacità!!!
I understood one thing about this gym:
you walk upside down and sit upside down! ?
To stretch you do a bridge or hang on the parallels ... ?
if you want to find balance with the whole world, get on the beam and indulge yourself with all the exercises !!! ?
All the technicians are there to always take you "beyond" what you think are your only skills !!!

This year my daughter started her artistic gymnastics course at this gym. I recommend it to everyone because there are very helpful and professional people. Every time my daughter leaves there she always has a smile on her face and can't wait to go back in September. Thanks to Daniela, the secretariat and the teachers.
