Trattengono le quote d iscrizione a corsi che sanno già in partenza che non partiranno poiche non hanno i numeri di iscritti sufficienti (ovviamente questo viene omesso all'iscrizione). Personale impreparato che non risponde al telefono, responsabile sig.ra Orietta che attacca il telefono mentre le spiego una situazione gravosa.. Purtroppo è stata contattata nel periodo di chiusura del centro poiché il suo collaboratore ha tardato di dieci giorni a richiedere il mio rimborso, senza motivo! Resto ad oggi con un rimborso da ottenere, tanta maleducazione e totale assenza di professionalità. Diffidate!
Bad is a compliment! They retain the registration fees for courses that they know from the start that they will not start because they do not have sufficient numbers of members (obviously this is omitted at registration). Unprepared staff who does not answer the phone, responsible Ms Orietta who hangs up the phone while I explain a difficult situation .. Unfortunately she was contacted during the closing period of the center because her collaborator was late for ten days to request my refund, for no reason! I remain to date with a refund to be obtained, so much rudeness and total lack of professionalism. Beware!
