Fin dal primo contatto telefonico, si nota la disponibilità e la conoscenza del proprio lavoro. Nonostante il periodo, in cui ebbi bisogno, dove tutto sembrava remarmi contro, ecco che, con rapidità, sono riuscito a realizzare quello che mi ero prefissato per quel regalo che volevo comporre. Appuntamento alle ore 8 di un lunedì, che però, scambiando due chiacchiere fino alle 10.30, mi ha portato a conoscere meglio il signor Brioschi, la sua storia, la storia dell'azienda e di alcuni suoi progetti futuri, che spero vivamente riesca a realizzare. Una persona che sa cos'ha realizzato e cosa sta facendo, in un mondo del lavoro sempre in evoluzione. Una persona che non si è fatta schiacciare dal cambiamento in questo mondo, ma lo ha cavalcato, come poche persone e aziende hanno fatto. Detto questo, ringrazio lui e il collaboratore che mi ha permesso di realizzare quel regalo, semplice ma significativo per me. Spero, in un futuro, di aver ancora bisogno di servizi come il suo. I was really happy with the result engraved onto a silver bottle opener I brought to engrave. I will be back in the future! Depending on busy times I think it changes but I brought it in and was able to collect it within the hour. I was also able to communicate through whatsapp with them which made it very clear and helped the language barrier! Thank you so much! Merry Christmas! Holly
