Gli operatori sono accoglienti e professionali e l'ambiente è sobrio ed elegante

Grazia è una padrona di casa impeccabile, attenta, professionale e sempre pronta a venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti (e io so di essere una cliente esigente!). I suoi collaboratori sono preparati e mettono cura e amore in quello che fanno. Loro si prendono davvero cura dei capelli e Grazia ci tiene a creare un rapporto di fiducia con i clienti. L'atmosfera che si respira in negozio è molto piacevole, mi riempiono sempre di "coccole" e attenzioni. C'è davvero una grande attenzione a che il cliente sia a suo agio e per me questo è molto importante. Grazia sa dare molti consigli utili, anche per quanto riguarda i prodotti per prendersi cura dei capelli anche a casa.
Artist offers excellent service. Grazia is an impeccable hostess, attentive, professional and always ready to meet the needs of customers (and I know I am a demanding customer!). His collaborators are prepared and put care and love in what they do. They really take care of their hair and Grazia is keen to create a relationship of trust with customers. The atmosphere in the shop is very pleasant, they always fill me with "pampering" and attention. There is really a great deal of attention to making the customer comfortable and for me this is very important. Grazia knows how to give many useful tips, even with regards to products for taking care of hair at home.

Per la prima volta in tanti anni mi hanno dimostrato di conoscere e amare al 100% i riccioli e di saperli trattare nel migliore dei modi. Operatori disponibili, accomodanti e attenti alle reali esigenze della cliente. Il clima che si respira è di estrema serenità, un posto dove farsi qualche coccola in relax.

I miei capelli sono stati curati nei minimi dettagli facendoli rinascere da ogni punto di vista, taglio su capelli ricci super, colorazione perfetta tecnicamente e individuazione del colore giusto per il mio viso. La salute del capello è al primo posto, si percepisce, si vede e si sente!
