★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ampia scelta, molti lampadari ad un prezzo davvero accessibile...Ho comprato un lampadario di loro produzione davvero bello (addirittura scontato) che ho trovato poi esposto in altri negozi di lampadari a 30 euro in piú...quindi conviene comprare direttamente da loro...davvero soddisfatto
Wide choice, many chandeliers at a really affordable price ... I bought a really nice (even discounted) chandelier of their production that I then found exhibited in other chandelier shops for 30 euros more ... so it's better to buy directly from them ... really satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Abbiamo aspettato 3 mesi per una lampada ( ne avremmo scelta un'altra sin da subito se avessimo saputo). Ma quello che ci ha fatto davvero rimanere male è stato il comportamento. Ci siamo sentiti dire che potevano andare da Leroy Merlin se proprio volevamo e quando abbiamo fatto un reso perché una lampada era rovinata.." mica è un gioiello, è una lampada..una volta che sta su". Zero customer service
Bad service. We waited 3 months for a lamp (we would have chosen another one right away if we had known). But what really made us feel bad was the behavior. We were told that they could go to Leroy Merlin if we really wanted and when we made a return because a lamp was damaged .. "it's not a jewel, it's a lamp .. once it's on". Zero customer service
