Dopo email senza risposta, num. di cellulare messo tra gli indesiderati (e' mai possibile che sia sempre occupato!!!!)... tenterò la via legale. Mi dispiace: non è tanto per il costo economico ma è una questione di principio! L'onestà e la correttezza valgono molto di più di 4 doghe! Bad experience; purchased a bunk bed in March 2019 and, after a few months, the staves started to come off! After unanswered email, num. mobile phone placed among the unwanted (it is never possible that it is always busy !!!!) ... I will try the legal route. I'm sorry: it's not so much for the economic cost but it's a matter of principle! Honesty and fairness are worth much more than 4 staves!

Non hanno risposto con sollecitudine alla mail inviata e quando li ho chiamati mi hanno attaccato il telefono mentre parlavo. La signora che ha risposto al telefono è una grandissima maleducata e sconsiglio questa ditta I made a purchase on amazon, the net came with the broken slats, and I had to refuse the package. They did not respond promptly to the email sent and when I called them they hung up the phone while I spoke. The lady who answered the phone is a very rude and I do not recommend this company

Chiamo l'azienda e risponde una signora molto maleducata come scritto in altre recensioni, non faccio in tempo a risponderle che attacca e non risponde più, alle mail non risponde nessuno e oltre il danno c'è anche la beffa... Il materasso lo hanno ripreso indietro gia da 10 giorni ma non mi hanno ancora rimborsato. If you could put the minus 5 ⭐ I would. I buy a mattress, I send it back as agreed for wrong measurements. Ho provato a parlare con loro al telefono ma si sono rifiutati di parlare. Evitate di buttare via i vostri soldi con loro... Bad service and very rude. I bought a bunk bed online and they sent it to me twice with the slats broken. I tried to talk to them on the phone but they refused to speak. Avoid throwing your money away with them ...

Allora decido di farle fare 1 alla volta. Comincio a portarne la prima e dopo 2 settimane senza sentire nessuno passo e la sedia è nel stesso punto che l'ho lasciata io mi fa che ha bisogno di più tempo... aspetto 2 settimane e oggi decido di passare la sedia è li ancora in poi la usano per appoggiare le loro cose allora prendo la sedia e la padrona del negozio mi fa meglio così perché le dava fastidio.... io mi chiedo ti do lavoro e vi comportate così per conto mio avete perso un cliente Bad already one star is too much ... asked for a quote to re-cover chairs after a week waiting for their call (never arrived) I decide to pass and they give me the quote. So I decide to have them done 1 at a time. I start wearing the first and after 2 weeks without hearing anyone step and the chair is in the same place I left it I make me need more time ... I wait 2 weeks and today I decide to switch the chair is still there onwards they use it to support their things then I take the chair and the owner of the shop makes me better that way because it bothered her .... I wonder I give you a job and you behave like this on my own you have lost a customer
