G	Giorgio Gramaglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho ordinato un botticella in rovere da 15 lt , il materiale con cui è stata costruita non è il massimo , sembra roba abbastanza industriale a differenza di quello che si vede dal sito , il legno è molto scadente e il supporto è arrivato disfatto perchè incollato male per quello che riguarda la comunicazione con il cliente ti contattano solo se proprio obbligati. non penso che effettuerò altri acquisti da loro. I ordered a 15 liter oak cask, the material with which it was built is not the best, it looks like quite industrial stuff unlike the one you see from the site, the wood is very poor and the support has arrived unmade because it has been glued badly as far as communication with the customer is concerned, they will contact you only if they are obliged to do so. Assolutamnete da evitare.dopo la risposta che mi avete dato voglio precisare che il covid non c'entra nulla, doveva essere consegnata il 20 dicembre, me lo avete consegnato a maggio dopo 8 richiami ! Se aggiungo anche il periodo covid sono 5 i mesi... Vi ho anche scritto 3 volte mandandovi anche le foto della perdita ma come sempre non vi siete degnati nemmeno di rispondere figuriamoci di risolvere. Pertanto cosa altro dovrei fare? Si fa prima a chiedere scusa!
