★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che acquisto il petto di pollo qui, mi ricordo della pessima qualità di quello che vendono i supermercati. Soprattutto del modo in cui è confezionato e tagliato in fettine sottilissime. Mi spiace per chi non sa cucinare la carne come il petto di pollo e di tacchino e vuole solo fette trasparenti. Ad ognuno il suo. Perciò consiglio una macelleria artigianale come questa dove la cortesia e la qualità non sono parole vuote. C'è da aspettare un po'? Nel 2020 e nel 2021 si fa la coda in qualsiasi negozio. Chi non sa aspettare in coda meglio che sia adegui ed impari un po' di autocontrollo.
Whenever I buy chicken breast here, I am reminded of the poor quality of what the supermarkets sell. Especially the way it is packaged and cut into very thin slices. Sorry for those who can't cook meat like chicken and turkey breast and just want transparent slices. To each his own. Therefore I recommend an artisan butcher like this where courtesy and quality are not empty words. Is there to wait a while? In 2020 and 2021 there is a queue at any store. Those who can't wait in the queue better adapt and learn a little self-control.
