Sempre disponibili con un customer care direi fraterno, per il livello di supporto che riescono a dare in tutte le fasi delle lavorazioni. Ho girato decine di cartotecniche in Italia e in Europa e non ho mai trovato livelli paragonabili. La cosa incredibile è che riescano a migliorarsi costantemente, nonostante i livelli di eccellenza già raggiunti. Ottime anche nel prezzo oltre che nel rendimento che si ha nella fustellatura durante l'utilizzo con fori ben definiti anche utilizzando ogive non troncoconiche.
