Mia esperienza: ordino un libro in contrassegno, libro 15€ + spedizione "7,00 Euro 5/6 giorni - pagamento alla consegna" copia/incolla per come era indicato sul loro sito in quel momento e come ho anche indicato nella mia email per l'ordine, tot 22€. Ricevo invece un contrassegno di 25€, lo accetto comunque perchè penso ad un loro errore e in ogni caso 3€ non mi cambiano la vita. Mandata email di richiesta rimborso due settimane fa, nessuna risposta. Adesso vedo hanno modificato le condizioni e il contrassegno è indicato 10€ sul loro sito ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta all'email dell'ordine, neppure di conferma di avvenuta spedizione, nè all'email di reclamo per il rimborso. Poco professionali, non esiste un servizio clienti, nessuna considerazione per il cliente. Niente ricevuta o fattura. Dopo aver girato millemila tipografie approdo qui, tipografia Caramanica, di cui non conoscevo proprio l'esistenza. Non solo la qualità della stampa e del servizio sono ottime, il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Mi hanno dato una mano anche in un lavoro che non li competeva direttamente. Consigliatissima! A warranty. I was in trouble due to a last minute request. After having toured a thousand thousand printers I land here, Caramanica printing house, which I didn't really know existed. Not only is the quality of the printing and service excellent, the staff are very kind and helpful. They also gave me a hand in a job that did not belong directly to them. Highly recommended!
