Il mobile da me commissionato alla Falegnameria Arti Bello per allungare in altezza un armadio, all'atto del montaggio nell'ultimo modulo risultava più corto di cinque millimetri che, purtroppo, si notavano, e si notano, tutti, essendo sovrapposto al manufatto sottostante. Alle mie rimostranze il sig. Bello replicava, con molta arroganza, che il lavoro era stato fatto "a regola d'arte" e si rifiutava di trovare un qualche rimedio. A regola d'arte con l'errore di mezzo centimetro! Non gliel'ho fatto portare via solo perché c'era un urgente bisogno.
Sconsiglio vivamente questa falegnameria.
I was very disappointed. The piece of furniture that I commissioned from the Arti Bello Carpentry to lengthen a wardrobe, when assembled in the last module, was shorter than five millimeters, which unfortunately was noticed and all are superimposed on the underlying structure. To my grievances Mr. Bello replied, with much arrogance, that the work had been done "in a workmanlike manner" and refused to find any remedy. Accurately with the half centimeter error! I did not take it away because it was urgently needed.
I strongly advise this carpentry.
