Ho assaggiato la pizza sia rotonda che la pala, le polpette di riso, carne e melanzane, tutto ottimo, la pizza sembra quella normale, ed è tutto fatto da loro, non è la base già pronta che si trova in molti posti, qui fanno loro l'impasto. Ieri ho persino trovato la birra senza glutine fatta da loro. Personale eccezionale. Da non perdere assolutamente. I recently discovered this place but it has already become my favorite for gluten-free. I tasted the pizza both round and shovel, the rice balls, meat and eggplant, all excellent, the pizza looks like the normal one, and it's all made by them, it's not the ready-made base that you find in many places, here they do them the dough. Yesterday I even found gluten-free beer made by them. Exceptional staff. Absolutely not to be missed.

Ringrazio Arteessenza x la sua ingegnosità nell’ideare un impasto identico alla buona pizza ed al buon pane ( come se avesse il glutine ) .recensione 10 Exquisite gluten free bread and pizza? !! In all these years I have never tried a gluten free product so identical to the original ... always satisfied with a sandwich bread or a gluten-free frozen pizza. I thank Arteessenza for its ingenuity in designing a dough identical to good pizza and good bread (as if it had gluten).

Considerando che per 30 anni ho mangiato la pizza normale, una volta scoperta la celiachia mi ero rassegnato ai gusti plasticosi o comunque insoddisfacenti dei panificati. Questa pizza è il TOP. Tried the gluten-free and lactose-free pizza .... it's great. Considering that for 30 years I ate normal pizza, once I discovered celiac disease I was resigned to the plastic or tasteless tastes of the bakers. This pizza is the TOP.
