Ho commissionato una scala in legno che appena montata sembrava di ottima fattura ma trascorsi pochi mesi sono nati i problemi. Il pianerottolo e 6 gradini si sono ritirati di 1cm. Conclusione dopo varie chiamate per assistenza questi non si fanno vivi. Passati altri 4 mesi. Attenzione With regret I change my evaluation of this company. I commissioned a wooden staircase which, as soon as it was assembled, seemed to be of excellent workmanship but after a few months the problems arose. The landing and 6 steps have retracted 1cm. Ho chiamato subito l’azieda e il tecnico/titolare è venuto a vedere il problema ma ha specificato subito che non è dovuto a una loro negligenza e non ne rispondono , anzi mi ha detto di andare da un altro falegname perché non si vuole assumere la responsabilità di sistemarlo. Dopo aver speso 2000 € per un portoncino che ora risulta rovinato sconsiglio vivamente questa azienda per il rapporto post vendita con la clientela.
