Vergognatevi e prima di proporre mezzi tecnologici imparate a trattare con i clienti.
A place to be avoided absolutely, first they accept online reservations and then when you show up they tell you that there was an error and they don't even apologize.
Shame on you and before proposing technological means, learn to deal with customers.
