Quando l'ho acquistato sul sito pensavo fosse un articolo già in magazzino, invece è stato messo in produzione dopo il mio ordine e sono stata puntualmente aggiornata su tutte le "fasi" della preparazione, cosa mai capitata e che sicuramente ha fatto guadagnare all'esperienza di acquisto ed al prodotto un valore aggiunto. Il pannello è bellissimo e di ottima qualità, anche un persona non esperta capirebbe a prima vista che siamo ben lontani dai prodotti dozzinali che spesso si vedono in giro. Sicuramente un'azienda che terrò in considerazione per futuri acquisti. I bought a coat hanger panel and I'm delighted with it. When I bought it on the site I thought it was an item already in stock, instead it was put into production after my order and I was promptly updated on all the "phases" of the preparation, which never happened and which certainly earned the shopping experience and added value to the product. The panel is beautiful and of excellent quality, even an inexperienced person would understand at first glance that we are far from the cheap products that are often seen around. Definitely a company that I will keep in consideration for future purchases.

Minuten nach dem Internet-Kauf erhielt ich mit persönlicher Ansprache ein Informations-Mail die mich detailliert über Herstellung und Versand aufklärte. Es folgten noch weiter Info-Mails über den Stand der Abwicklung. Ich wurde schon im Vorfeld detailliert über Reaktionsmöglichkeiten bei Beschädigungen hingewiesen. Aber gestern, das war der Knaller! Per SMS wurde ich gefragt, ob mir der Liefertermin heute recht ist, oder ich solle einen anderen vorschlagen... So kam heute das Möbelstück, obwohl bei Kauf erst am 3.März die wahrscheinliche Lieferung angekündigt wurde. So sollte eine Lieferung stattfinden. Auch der Spedition Dachser ein großes Lob! Allen, allen vielen Dank!!! I have never experienced such super, good buyer support. More info mails followed about the status of the transaction. I was informed in advance in detail about possible reactions in the event of damage. But yesterday was amazing! I was asked by text message whether today was the right delivery date for me, or whether I should suggest another... The piece of furniture arrived today, although the probable delivery was only announced on March 3 when it was purchased. This is how delivery should take place. L'imballo è talmente fatto bene che è un peccato distruggerlo... È andato tutto straordinariamente bene, compreso il trasporto fino in Sicilia. Consigliatissimo. Super positive first purchase.
