★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due anni fa il condominio ha commissionato alla ditta il rifacimento di rampa dei garage, del marciapiede e stenditoio in cemento stampato.
A distanza di soli sei mesi si sono palesati i primi difetti e alla data odierna sarebbe tutto da rifare: cemento scolorito e strato superficiale che si sfalda. Hanno usato materiali scadenti e mano d'opera approssimativa: sconsigliato
 Two years ago the condominium commissioned the company to refurbish the garage ramp, sidewalk and drying room in stamped concrete.
After just six months, the first defects showed up and today everything would have to be redone: discolored concrete and a flaking surface layer. They used poor materials and rough workmanship: not recommended
