Punto 1 Al momento della contrattazione per la stampa di biglietti da visita, avevo ben specificato che dopo il primo ordinativo, ne sarebbe seguito un altro, con aggiunta di particolari che, per ragioni burocratiche, non sarebbero potuti essere presenti nella prima stesura. I prezzi preventivati includevano già l'aggiunta di indirizzo mail e partita iva. Punto 2 : Il ritardo nel il ritiro del lavoro è dovuto ad una totale dimenticanza e per questo non ho scusanti e comunque, appena ricevuto il vostro messaggio di sollecito, mi sono immediatamente recata in negozio e provveduto al prelievo dell'ordine, la domanda è perchè aspettare così tanto prima di inviare sollecito? Non è che per caso non sia stata la sola a soffrire di pessima memoria?
