Dopo aver parlato telefonicamente sul diritto di recesso che e' un DIRITTO del consumatore il SIG. Enrico ha accettato il reso. Ho rispedito il pacco spendendo 20 euro ma l'ha rifiutato e mi e' tornano indietro. ATTENZIONE !! SUL SITO C'E' SCRITTO A CHIARE LETTERE LA POLITICA DEI RESI CONFORME ALLE LEGGI VIGENTI E INVECE NON L'ACCETTANO !!!!! CAUTION!!! I purchased 2 appliques that unfortunately did not look good in the environment, I asked for the return that was denied me in the first place. After speaking by telephone on the right of withdrawal which is a consumer RIGHT, SIG. Enrico accepted the return. I sent the package back spending 20 euros but he refused it and I'm going back. CAUTION !! THE SITE IS WRITTEN TO CLARIFY LETTERS OF THE RETURNS POLICY IN COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT LAWS AND THEY DO NOT ACCEPT IT !!!!!
