★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei messo volentieri 5 stelle per la loro simpatia, ma purtroppo serve anche la professionalitá che non ho riscontrato. La scorsa settimana, io e il mio compagno siamo andati a prendere i lacci per le scarpe. Il titolare le ha misurate 120 cm poi però ci ha venduto quelle da 100 cm... Morale della favola 13 euro per 3 lacci troppo corti
 I would have gladly put 5 stars for their sympathy, but unfortunately we also need the professionalism that I have not found. Last week, my partner and I went to get shoelaces. The owner measured them 120 cm but then sold us the 100 cm ones ... Moral of the story 13 euro for 3 too short laces

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi si sono rotti dei lacci di un paio di pedule, sono andato a richiedere dei lacci per pedule, mi hanno dato dei lacci troppo corti. Sono andato a cambiarli usati neanche un mese e si sono rotti.
I broke the laces of a pair of shoes, I went to ask for laces for shoes, they gave me too short laces. I went to change them used for less than a month and they broke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una borsa con il manico da riparare e mi è stato detto che è un lavoro che non si può fare, un'altra volta un paio di sandali da sistemare, stessa risposta. Oggi con un paio di stivali con il tacco da ribattere, il "calzolaio "mi ha fatto stare in piedi con uno stivale solo addosso mentre si metteva tranquillamente a chiacchierare e servire i cliente successivo, dopo 10 minuti mi sono rimessa lo stivale e me ne sono andata. Mi chiedo a cosa serva un calzolaio se non è in grado di fare il suo lavoro e nemmeno a seguire i clienti con cortesia.
I brought a bag with the handle to be repaired and was told it is a job that cannot be done, another time a pair of sandals to be fixed, same answer. Today with a pair of high-heeled boots to beat, the "shoemaker" made me stand with one boot on while he quietly started chatting and serving the next customer, after 10 minutes I put my boot back on and went I went.
