Al ritiro, era già pronto quindi non ci siamo resi conti del taglio di carne. Ci é stato dato un taglio grasso, con le ossa all’interno (!!!) e non uniforme, completamente inadatto alla preparazione. Pessimo!
We booked a fillet to prepare it in Wellington, which we communicated when ordering. When we retired, it was ready so we didn't realize the cut of meat. We were given a fat cut, with the bones inside (!!!) and not uniform, completely unsuitable for preparation. Terrible!
