Posizione non proprio felice nelle ore di punta. Il parcheggio dell'ospedale è spesso saturo e la sosta in auto può rappresentare un problema Cozy environment and good service. La cortesia verso il cliente ed un “buongiorno o grazie” sono mportanti tanto quanto la qualità del prodotto! The pastry products have good quality but I will give up this pastry bar for the great rudeness of the bartender with glasses and the last hired bartender! Questo fa sì che anche il personale di cui si circonda sia alla sua altezza e decisamente fantastico. Che producono dolci e non di una bontà assurda e di qualità infinita spero per voi che lo sappiate già (altrimenti non perdete tempo: correte a deliziarvi con le loro creazioni, ma anche solo con il loro ottimo caffè), quello che forse non tutti sanno è che organizzare una festa da Serena vuol dire realizzare un happening in cui ognuno si troverà benissimo, mangiare a sazietà cose buonissime e sarà contento di aver passato una serata così bella. Grazie ragazzi. Un'esperienza indimenticabile (anche per me che, vivendo a Roma, ho l'imbarazzo della scelta fra locali di ogni genere). Sarà l'ultima volta che lo farò: l'interno era secco e asciutto, assolutamente privo di crema e con pistacchi secchi, la glassa esterna esageratamente dolce e priva di sapore. Un panettone di produzione propria vergognoso, dal sapore pessimo e grazie per la pessima figura fatta! Ho contattato la responsabile per chiedere spiegazioni, inviato foto del prodotto e nessuno si è degnato di rispondermi. Lavoro al pubblico da vent'anni e di sicuro l'indifferenza non è assolutamente il modo di gestire un reclamo. Sconsiglio fortemente! Amazing Serena with her various cakes and sweets, excellent quality and average price. In my opinion the best pastry in Giulianova is highly recommended!
