d	daria ershova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio volo è stato cancellato la sera prima della partenza, ho subito contattato l'ufficio dato che l'autobus partiva la mattina presto, dicendo che volevo o cambiare la data o fare il rimborso. Mi hanno appena risposto che non fatto le modifiche né rimborsi 48 ore prima della partenza, ed è la cosa che mi sembra assurda per una tratta all'aeroporto, soprattutto durante il periodo della pandemia. mah My flight was canceled the night before departure, I immediately contacted the office as the bus left early in the morning, saying I wanted to either change the date or make a refund. A	Antonella Fazzari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo momento il servizio è pessimo. A causa della normativa COVID caricano solo 25 persone alla volta senza occuparsi minimamente di gestire la coda. Quindi ogni volta è un assalto e riescono a salire solo i più "furbi" senza alcun rispetto dell'ordine di arrivo. Basterebbe poco (un paio di transenne) per fare in modo che si formi una cosa ordinata. Al secondo tentativo sono riuscita a salire, 7 euro per fare tutto il tragitto dall'aeroporto alla stazione di Porta Nuova in piedi!!! At this time the service is bad. L	Laura Tositti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Incomprensibile che abbiamo il monopolio sulla tratta per l'aeroporto. Bus vecchi e pieni, tempi lunghissimi. Mai più ! Bad service. Dal mese di aprile stanno arrivando molti turisti e gli abbonati di Caselle e Borgaro non possono salire perché gli autobus sono pieni! Abbiamo pagato gli abbonamenti e non riusciamo ad andare a lavorare, a scuola, all'università. Se miracolosamente si riesce a salire, anche dopo tanto tempo, i pullman sono stracolmi!!!! Bella figuraccia cara Torino Metropolitana!!! Non con noi che purtroppo siamo abituati a certi carri bestiame, ma verso i turisti che hanno occhi ed orecchie! Una gran vergogna!!!! Mettete più autobus!!!!!!!!! The Turin center airport route has insufficient buses !!!!! E	Encarna Hurtado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. The bus from Turin city to the airport runs every 30 minutes on holidays and doesn't have enough space for baggage, which means after paying for the tickets you still have to get a taxi if you want to get to the airport on time.
R	Raymond Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cash Only at POS and drivers don't offer change?? at 5.00 in the morning and a driver suggested I simply leave him the single 100 bill I had for a 22€ ticket because he could not offer change for a 100. Then acted as if he was doing me a favor because he said the other option was to miss my flight (I was going to Malpensa). Thievery!
C	Charles Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus service ever. I paid 7 euros. Very hot, full and I had to travel with 2 backpacks and stood up all my journey to the airport. 7 euros and I can’t even sit. This look like an scam… avoid this if possible.
