Dopo un'attenta valutazione di altri "negozi" di infissi dove abbiamo visto "di tutto", siamo arrivati in questa realtà attraverso il consiglio di un conoscente che aveva già avuto un'ottima esperienza. Previo appuntamento telefonico, siamo stati accolti dal Sig. Giacomo che ci ha illustrato gli ottimi prodotti della Finstral e che ha saputo consigliarci con cura e professionalità nella scelta di tutti i serramenti e delle persiane. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo del preventivo (serramenti + installazione) ci ha fatto decidere di proseguire nell'acquisto. Addirittura, in sede di definizione, abbiamo deciso di affidarci a loro anche per la sostituzione degli infissi interni (porte Garofalo: uno spettacolo!). Altro punto di forza di questa azienda, secondo me tutt'altro che trascurabile, è la scelta dei collaboratori di cui si avvalgono per l'installazione degli infissi. Sono ottimi professionisti, capaci, veloci e pignoli al punto giusto. Insomma, che dire, bravissimi tutti! Non posso far altro che consigliarvi! By telephone appointment, we were greeted by Mr. Giacomo who showed us the excellent products of Finstral and who was able to advise us with care and professionalism in the choice of all the windows and shutters. The quality / price ratio of the estimate (windows + installation) made us decide to continue with the purchase. Indeed, in the definition phase, we decided to rely on them also for the replacement of the internal fixtures (Garofalo doors: a show!). Another strong point of this company, in my opinion far from negligible, is the choice of the collaborators they use for the installation of the fixtures. They are excellent professionals, capable, fast and fussy at the right point. In short, what can I say, all very good! I can not help but advise you!

Ottimo materiale e lavori eseguiti con molta cura. Inoltre tutto il personale è gentile e disponibile. Mi sono rivolto di nuovo per acquisto di porta blindata nel 2021 ma purtroppo il servizio ricevuto non è stato come nel passato anzi... e segnalo anche i ritardi rispetto alla data indicata per la posa. So o super contenta, non ho avuto ad oggi nessun problema, materiale ottimo. Infissi a taglio termico che mi isolano dal freddo, dal caldo e a che on modo acustico.. Sicuramente la tecnologia è avanzata e quindi.....saranno super super migliorati.... CONSIGLIO FINSTRAL . Estremamente corretti hanno chiarito già prima di procedere con l’ordine quali sarebbero stati i tempi di attesa effettivi, dimostrandosi poi puntuali nella consegna del materiale. Ci è anche stato emesso un rimborso per del materiale che non è stato installato. I montatori sono stati competenti e cordiali, così come tutto lo staff; un ringraziamento speciale a Erica per tutti i consigli e la pazienza, a Sara per l’assistenza post vendita e ad Andrea per la competenza nei sopralluoghi. Le porte e gli infissi sono veramente belli (spesso sottovalutati: fanno veramente la differenza in una bella casa). Super consigliato!
