Alla consegna le sorprese: progetti sbagliati (dal produttore) e pezzi mancanti. Da quel momento inizia il limbo per ottenere quanto dovuto (con errori di produzione che continuano ad esserci). Poca disponibilità e cattiva gestione del cliente. Dopo che acquisti devi pregare che tutto vada bene. Bad experience. Furniture (not cheap at all) purchased and payment made before delivery. On delivery the surprises: wrong designs (from the manufacturer) and missing pieces. From that moment the limbo begins to get what is due (with production errors that continue to exist). Lack of availability and poor customer management. After you buy you have to pray that everything is fine.
S	Simon Mas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non rimetterò mai più piede da loro. acquistai una cucina 4 anni fa, e già allora l'esperienza fu pessima: dopo che ritirarono la cucina vecchia, si ricordarono che mancavano i fuochi, le ante ed il forno nella cucina nuova. 5 giorni senza poter cucinare. chiamai la berloni centrale che in due parole mi disse che potevo attaccarmi, se non volevo aspettare, potevo pagare e rimanere senza cucina. poi arrivarono i fuochi. dopo due mesi arrivarono le ante. il forno, per disperazione, venne sostituito con uno di un altro colore, in esposizione. dopo 4 anni: materiale che sembra vecchio ed cadente come le cucine da 4 soldi che si possono prendere da ikea; il forno non ha mai funzionato. 5000 euro. da denuncia, peccato non averci pensato all'epoca. da notare: le recensioni 5 stelle sono spesso di due parole o mezza riga. quelle da 1 stella tutte lunghe e dettagliate. forse saranno i loro amici e parenti che corrono in supporto per tacitare le recensioni di chi davvero ha avuto a che fare con loro... Ho comprato una cucina, e quando l'hanno montata, oltre che a mancare pezzi, (riportati poi in seguito), per loro errore, mi hanno tagliato di circa una quarantina di cm in meno la fascia che va sotto la cucina. Per ovviare al problema, hanno pensato "bene" di giuntarla con una fascia di giunzione che comunque si nota. Morale della favola.....dopo svariati mesi e dopo svariate telefonate, ho ancora una fascia giuntata su una cucina nuova, peraltro piena di difetti di progettazione e di montaggio. La mia esperienza è stata negativissima e ritengo che sia stata mostrata nei miei confronti una scarsa professionalità. I hope I don't have to buy anything from them anymore. A	Antonio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno montato i pensili nella posizione sbagliata rispetto al progetto. Dopo svariate telefonate ed email non mi hanno mai contattato per la risoluzione del problema. G	Gaetano Murgolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi invece stiamo vivendo un veleno che non auguro a nessuno, abbiamo comprato un top tra l'altro ci hanno chiesto il pagamento in anticipo, a seguito arrivato il top con misure totalmente sbagliate, i dipendenti durante il montaggio hanno dovuto apportare svariati tagli tra l'altro imperfetti mai come la casa madre, ma non solo un alzata laterale che ci è costata un occhio è arrivata 3cm più corta. Dopo un infinita di chiamate e veleno nonostante i montatori ne presero atto al montaggio, sono venuti a fare il sopraluogo per constatare l'errore, constatato ci hanno garantito a malincuore che avrebbero ordinato il pezzo corretto e ci sarebbero voluti altre 60giorni, adesso 60 giorni, bene son passati i60 giorni e noi aspettiamo ancora. Appena possibile, ci terrò molto ad aggiornare la situazione.
