★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una cucina, dove le misure sono state prese malissimo e mi hanno pure detto che ormai la cucina non possono smontarla, non hanno tenuto conto del tubo del gas e mi hanno messo un mobiletto che hanno fatto malissimo, lo hanno rappezzato che se chiamavo un altro me lo faceva meglio, non mi hanno montato bene le ante, sconsigliatissimo, a chi viene in casa tutti se ne accorgono e mi dicono che non sembra una cucina comprata adesso. Ma poi mi chiedo a prendere le misure e essere più gentili non ci vuole nulla .
I bought a kitchen, where the measurements were taken very badly and they even told me that now the kitchen can't take it apart, they didn't take the gas pipe into account and they put me a cabinet that they did very badly, they patched it up if I called another did it better to me, they didn't fit my doors well, not recommended, whoever comes to the house everybody notices and they tell me that it doesn't look like a kitchen bought now. La realtà ha superato di gran lunga le aspettative. La camera è stata fatta tutta in progetto al computer e realizzata come richieste fatte; È fantastica e il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Gentilezza e professionalità contraddistinguono lo staff che ha esaudito ogni mia pignola richiesta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immaginare di Arredare una casa senza l’aiuto di un professionista è davvero impensabile.
Avevamo poche idee e non molto chiare sin quando non siamo entrati nel punto vendita di Arredo 360 di Massafra.
Entrati per dare un’occhiata a delle cucine siamo stati accolti da Luca, titolare del negozio,che dopo averci accolto ed ascoltato le nostre richieste si è adoperato subito per farci vedere come la nostra nuova cucina sarebbe potuta essere.
Ci siamo incontrati più volte per guardare sul progetto minuziosi dettagli curati da Luca e dopo aver preso le misure sul posto tutto si è concretizzato proprio come avremmo volto che fosse.
Abbiamo affidato a Luca anche la realizzazione di un’intera camera adibita a cabina armadio è una camera da letto riservata alle nostre figlie.
L’esperienza avuta è stata superlativa, ritornare a vivere in una casa arredata completamente nuova fa bene allo spirito.
Per questo ringrazio Luca e Arredo 360 per la grande Professionalità.
Ci vedremo presto per altre soluzioni di arredo ?
Imagining to furnish a home without the help of a professional is truly unthinkable.
We had few and not very clear ideas until we entered the Arredo 360 store in Massafra.
Upon entering to take a look at the kitchens, we were greeted by Luca, the owner of the shop, who, after welcoming us and listening to our requests, immediately worked to show us how our new kitchen could have been.
We met several times to look at the meticulous details taken care of by Luca on the project and after taking the measurements on the spot everything has materialized just as we would have thought it would be.
We also entrusted Luca with the construction of an entire room used as a walk-in closet and a bedroom reserved for our daughters.
The experience had been superb, returning to live in a completely new furnished house is good for the spirit.
For this I thank Luca and Arredo 360 for their great professionalism.
We will see you soon for other furnishing solutions ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanta professionalità, affidabilità e cura del cliente. Sono state soddisfatte tutte le nostre aspettative. Abbiamo acquistato sia la camera da letto che il living. Ora la casa è veramente completa grazie a loro. Anche il post vendita viene attenzionato nei minimi dettagli per ogni richiesta del cliente (avevamo un problema al LED dell'armadio prontamente risolto). Abbiamo acquistato in passato in altri mobilifici fuori Massafra e nessuno è al loro livello per rapporto qualità/ prezzo e servizio vendita/montaggio (eseguiti dallo stesso Michele che si prende cura delle necessità del cliente sia in fase di progettazione, sia nel montaggio!). Bravissimi e complimenti a Michele!
A lot of professionalism, reliability and customer care. All our expectations were met. We bought both the bedroom and the living room. Now the house is truly complete thanks to them. Even the after-sales service is paid attention to the smallest details for each customer request (we had a problem with the LED cabinet quickly solved). We have purchased in the past in other furniture factories outside Massafra and none are at their level in terms of quality / price ratio and sales / assembly service (carried out by Michele himself who takes care of the customer's needs both in the design phase and in the assembly!). Very good and congratulations to Michele!
