★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mobili consegnati nei tempi indicati quando è stato fatto l'ordine. Personale gentilissimo. Montaggio fatto a opera d'arte. Squadra NL (Giorgio e Ionut) hanno lavorato tutta mattina e sono stati molto bravi.prestando attenzione anche ai mini dettagli dei mobili montati.
 Furniture delivered within the times indicated when the order was placed. Staff very kind. Assembly done to work of art. Team NL (Giorgio and Ionut) worked all morning and were very good, paying attention also to the mini details of the assembled furniture.

Today the foremen Etien, Giorgio and Vulpe with their collaborators have assembled the furnishings of the whole house (kitchen, living room, double bedroom and 2 singles): professional, fast, precise, tidy, helpful and extremely courteous. It was a pleasure to see them work as a great group. Really thank you all. Highly recommended

Niente da dire,top del soggiorno rovinato nel trasporto e uno dei 2 montatori me l'ha fatto notare lui stesso dicendomi subito che l'avrebbe fatto sostituire.
Ordinati e veloci nel montaggio.
The fitters just finished assembling my new kitchen and living room.
Nothing to say, the top of the living room damaged during transport and one of the 2 fitters pointed it out to me himself, telling me immediately that he would have it replaced.
Neat and quick to assemble.

I mobili sono ben fatti e curati nei minimi particolari,proprio come avevamo richiesto.
I ragazzi ,Giorgio e Ionut (della squadra NL)sono stati professionali,gentilissimi e anche simpatici.

Un particolare grazie a Chiara Bianchi (ottima arredatrice ,molto simpatica, paziente e soprattutto professionale),al sig.Paolo e ai montatori Giorgio e Ionut della squadra NL per la loro cura e attenzione.
We relied on them to create a bespoke kitchen, and I must say we were fully happy and satisfied: from design to assembly.
A special thanks to Chiara Bianchi (excellent interior designer, very nice, patient and above all professional), to Mr. Paolo and to the editors Giorgio and Ionut of the NL team for their care and attention.

Ho alzato a 5 stelle perché sono stato contattato dal servizio cliente che hanno provveduto di ordinare gli amortizzatori mancanti e sono stati installati da Ionot. Direi che non c'è niente che no va. Professionali e con un buon servizio clienti. Grazie

I mobili sono belli, anche se la consegna è avvenuta qualche settimana dopo gli accordi iniziali, ma con le feste in mezzo è comprensibile. Però, i cassetti, secondo la venditrice in negozio, dovevano avere gli ammortizzatori soft-close, ma invece non ci sono. Sentirò l'assistenza per rimediare.
I montatori, Giorgio e Ionot della squadra NL, sono stati gentili e professionali, arrivando nel orario prestabilito.
Nel complesso, sono contento.
Update:
I raised it to 5 stars because I was contacted by customer service who proceeded to order the missing shock absorbers and they were installed by Ionot. I would say that there is nothing wrong with it. Professional and with good customer service. Thank you

The furniture is beautiful, even if the delivery took place a few weeks after the initial arrangements, but with the holidays in between it is understandable. However, the drawers, according to the seller in the shop, had to have soft-close shock absorbers, but there aren't any. I will feel assistance to remedy.
The fitters, Giorgio and Ionot from the NL team, were kind and professional, arriving on time.
Overall, I'm happy.
