Venditore scorretto... meglio evitare e comprare altrove. Bad experience, placed an order with payment by bank transfer and the next day I am informed that the items ordered have increased in price with consequent cancellation of the order. Incorrect seller ... best to avoid and buy elsewhere.

The only flaw, the packaging is a little damaged due to the courier's fault. However, I have always found maximum assistance and availability, both before the sale, for all the information I needed, and before downloading the product, to know how to behave. Great price compared to the competition. Should I need it, I would definitely buy back.

Servizio clienti ottimo fin dall'inizio ma la vera differenza si è vista quando un tavolo Tomasucci con ripiano in ceramica è arrivato rotto (chiaramente danneggiato dalla ditta di trasporti tedesca) e inutilizzabile. Nonostante la difficile situazione (non era stata apposta firma con riserva di controllo per cui il corriere ha in mala fede scaricato tutta la responsabilità su chi ha ricevuto il pacco) il proprietario si è subito attivato per trovare una soluzione e nel giro di 4 settimane il nuovo tavolo mi è stato spedito a casa senza costi aggiuntivi. Mi sono fidato del proprietario e la mia fiducia è stata ripagata in pieno. In aggiunta tutti e tre gli articoli che ho ricevuto (il tavolo, un caminetto a bioetanolo e una libreria) sono bellissimi. Sono molto soddisfatto degli articoli e del servizio clienti. Assolutamente raccomandato! I purchased three items from Arredinsieme after seeing them on its online site with shipping and delivery in Germany. Excellent customer service right from the start but the real difference came when a Tomasucci table with a ceramic top arrived broken (clearly damaged by the German transport company) and unusable. Despite the difficult situation (no signature had been affixed subject to control for which the courier has in bad faith discharged all responsibility on whoever received the package) the owner immediately took action to find a solution and within 4 weeks the new table was sent home to me at no extra cost. I trusted the owner and my trust paid off in full. In addition, all three items I received (the table, a bioethanol fireplace and a bookcase) are beautiful. I am very satisfied with the items and customer service. Absolutely recommended!
