Der Senior-Chef hat ihn auf Papier gebracht und wir sind glücklich mit dem fertigen Werkstück. Very nice people. Who worked exactly the shell that we had in mind. A door knock was not planned, but in our head. The senior boss put it on paper and we are happy with the finished workpiece.

S	Stefan Grötecke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kamen auf unseren Fahrten durch Santa Venerina mehrfach an der Werkstatt vorbei und sahen den „Eisenmann“ davor stehen. Irgendwie kamen wir auf die Idee, uns dort eine Eisenschale machen zu lassen. Also gingen wir am frühen Nachmittag hinein. Wir traffen den Senior Chef und seine beiden Söhne in der Werkstatt. Mit Händen und Füssen und etwas Englisch sowie ein paar Skizzen verständigten wir uns. Als das geschafft war, schauten wir uns noch nach einem Türklopfer um. Und schwupp gab es neue Skizzen. Ebenfalls beauftragt. Problem war, dass wir am nächsten Tag abreisen wollten. Kein Problem sagten die drei Herren. Um 18:00 sei alles fertig. 17:30 sind wir wieder in die Werkstatt und die Sachen waren fast fertig. Letzte Abstimmungen und kurz darauf waren wir glückliche Besitzer der Werkstücke für einen fairen Preis. Der Senior ist ein absoluter Metallkünstler! Schaut da auf jeden Fall hinein, wenn ihr dort vorbei kommt. Es gibt viele fertige Stücke in unterschiedlichen Stilrichtungen. Aus der Werkstatt wurden u.a. eine Barockleuchte für eine Kirche gebaut mit ca. 6m (!) Durchmesser. Es gibt auch sehr puristische und moderne Arbeiten bis hin zu Toren, Geländern und Treppen. Aktuell arbeiten die Männer an einem Einhorn in der Grösse eines Araber-Hengstes. Das wird eine prima Arbeit!! Und es werden auch Motorenteile repariert. Aktuell war ein Zylinderkopf in der Reparatur. Neben Eisen werden auch Alu und Edelstahl geschweisst. On our trips through Santa Venerina, we passed the workshop several times and saw the "iron man" standing in front of it. Somehow we got the idea to have an iron bowl made for us there. So we went in early afternoon. We met the senior boss and his two sons in the workshop. We communicated with hands and feet and a little English and a few sketches. When that was done, we looked around for a knock on the door. And whoosh there were new sketches. Also commissioned. The problem was that we wanted to leave the next day. The three gentlemen said no problem. At 6:00 pm everything is ready. We are back in the workshop at 5:30 p.m. and things were almost ready. Last votes and shortly afterwards we were happy owners of the workpieces for a fair price. The senior is an absolute metal artist! Make sure to check it out when you pass there. There are many finished pieces in different styles. Among other things, a baroque lamp for a church with a diameter of approx. 6m (!) Was built from the workshop. There is also very puristic and modern work through to gates, railings and stairs. The men are currently working on a unicorn the size of an Arab stallion. It will be a great job !! And engine parts are also repaired. A cylinder head was currently being repaired. In addition to iron, aluminum and stainless steel are also welded.
