Siamo giunti presso il Vostro negozio alle ore 16.35 e il signore, con la "s" minuscola, si è permesso di dire testuali parole : " ho solo mezz'ora e non posso progettare nulla" poi prendendo un foglio di carta e senza chiedere al Cliente le sue vere richieste, comincia a scarabocchiare, lamentarsi e continuare a proferire: " questa si sa è solo una chiacchierata perché voi voglia di acquistare non ne avete, mi fate solo perdere 2 ore perché vi siete fatti la passeggiata del sabato pomeriggio". Ovviamente quando gli e stato fatto presente di essere un incompetente, ci ha accompagnato fuori dicendoci di tornare nella nostra città. Ovviamente non abbiamo reagito alla sua ineducazione solamente perché ci mandavano dei parenti i quali ancora sono in fase di chiusura di contratto...perché le faccio presente una cosa sig. Saguto, lei alto, riccio e brizzolato, i clienti vanno rispettati perché sono loro che vi fanno alzare la mattina col sorriso e vi fanno avere un piatto di pasta sulla tavola... vanno rispettati tutti i clienti e si parla con educazione...a maggior ragione quando si dialoga con una donna. Comunque ci è stato riferito che solo lei fa scappare i clienti. Grazie. È stato simulato un progetto su un foglio di carta piuttosto che su un computer. I modi sono stati arroganti e presuntuosi. Siamo venuti da fuori perché ci è stato consigliato e ci è stato risposto che eravamo lì perché non sapevano come passare il sabato pomeriggio. Questo signore dai capelli ricci e brizzolati merita solo di chiudere i battenti. Dirò a tutti parenti amici e conoscenti di dare soldi a chi veramente li merita. Desire to work and zero professionalism. Never go on Saturdays. They literally kicked us out without offering us the option of a date.
