Contratto stipulato a luglio 2016 per una cucina Scavolini e consegna effettuata, dopo un calvario fatto di rassicurazioni e scuse secondo le quali la colpa non era loro ma della Scavolini, ad ottobre 2017; per di più un pezzo risultava sbagliato per cui cucina montata a metà senza poter usare ne fornelli ne forno per un altro mese vi lascio immaginare il disagio e non dico altro. Una sola cosa però mi consola, ovvero la consapevolezza che non ci tornerò nemmeno per un comodino. Probabilmente ho peccato di ingenuità ma di certo ho imparato la lezione.
A waking nightmare that lasted over a year.
Contract signed in July 2016 for a Scavolini kitchen and delivery made, after an ordeal made up of reassurances and apologies according to which it was not their fault but Scavolini's, in October 2017; moreover, a piece was wrong so the kitchen is half-mounted without being able to use a stove or oven for another month I let you imagine the discomfort and I don't say anything else. But there is only one thing that consoles me, that is the knowledge that I will not go back even for a bedside table. I probably sinned with naivety but I certainly learned my lesson.
