Ciò che non ho per nulla apprezzato è stata la mancanza, "dolosa", di chiarezza circa la spedizione. Ci aspettavamo che il mobile ci venisse consegnato completo e invece abbiamo dovuto montarlo noi.
Pur trattandosi di un divano, ci siamo illusi di non essere andati da un altro Ikea.
Extensive and interesting exhibition; great variety of choice.
What I did not appreciate at all was the "malicious" lack of clarity about the shipment. We expected the furniture to be delivered complete and instead we had to assemble it ourselves.
Although it is a sofa, we are under the illusion that we have not gone to another Ikea.
