★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rispondo a Francesco Arezzo. Ci conosciamo da alcuni anni visto che hai acquistato da me la cucina una quindicina di anni fa. Sei tornato per una nuova cucina ed io conoscendoti ho detto fin dal principio che prima di venire mi dovevi avvertire...arrivavi come solito la sera prima chiedendomi per questo o per quello perchè ti serviva per la mattina seguente (NB sono stato in ufficio fino alle 9 di sera ). Quella sera addirittura avevo un cliente in ufficio che mi stava acquistando la cucina e lui garbatamente si è alzato per lasciare spazio alla solita invadente persona. Penso che per un buon contratto bisogna essere contenti in due...se pensi che non dia un buon servizio puoi chiedere alla tua vicina. Matteo Rossi
I answer to Francesco Arezzo. We have known each other for a few years since you bought the kitchen from me about fifteen years ago. You came back for a new kitchen and knowing you I said from the beginning that before coming you had to warn me ... you would arrive as usual the night before asking me for this or why you needed it for the following morning (NB I was in the office until at 9 in the evening). That evening I even had a client in the office who was buying me the kitchen and he politely got up to make room for the usual intrusive person. I think that for a good contract it takes two to be happy ... if you think that it does not give a good service you can ask your neighbor. Matteo Rossi
