Abbiamo inviato una lettera, senza risposta alcuna, siamo passati in negozio, senza risolvere, di fatto alcuna sostituzione è avvenuta, tantomeno è stato proposto di restituire 50 euro (come sostenete ora nella risposta)! Nessun uso inappropriato è stato fatto della cucina e dei componenti. I fatti parlano da soli....
Unkindness and lack of assistance after the sale.
We sent a letter, without any reply, we went into the store, without resolving, in fact no substitution took place, nor was it proposed to return 50 euros (as you claim now in the reply)! No inappropriate use has been made of the kitchen and its components. The facts speak for themselves ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo showroom è ben assortito, al piano terra hanno esposte le cucine, con prezzi per tutte le tasche. I proprietari sono disponibili e cercano di accontentare ogni "capriccio" del cliente (con me che sono quasi sempre incontentabile, ci sono riusciti ?) e soprattutto cercano di mettere chiunque nella condizione di pagare studiando piani di rimborso personalizzati..al piano interrato c'è l'esposizione della zona notte, meno assortita della zona giorno ma comunque funzionale.
The showroom is well-assorted, on the ground floor the kitchens are exhibited, with prices for all budgets. The owners are available and try to satisfy every "whim" of the customer (with me who are almost always dissatisfied, they succeeded ?) and above all they try to put anyone in a position to pay by studying personalized repayment plans..in the basement there is it is the display of the sleeping area, less assorted than the living area but still functional.
