Ho acquistato piatto doccia,box doccia e rubinetteria per doccia. Spesa 1400 euro.In ordine di tempo la signora addetta alle vendite ha sbagliato:
1)ordine del supporto doccino (sostituito perchè mi sono accorto IO in tempo qualche giorno dopo l'ordine che il supporto non era compatibile al doccino);
2) la fattura ( per avere l'agevolazione fiscale la fattura deve essere compilata in un determinato modo altrimenti nn ti fanno scaricare le fatture all atto della compilazione del 730.)L'ha corretta su MIA segnalazione ;
3)Il box doccia che mi ha venduto ha la misura minima pari alla grandezza del piatto doccia. Ne consegue che attaccando le piastrelle il box risultava troppo grande. Alla mia richiesta di sostituzione/intervento/modifica mi ha detto che dovevo arrangiarmi io a tagliare il box ed adattarlo.(n.b.box nuovo pagato 600euro). N.B.: I box doccia hanno una tolleranza di 4-5 cm. Ma se il piatto doccia misura 80*140 devi fornirmi un box 137-142*80 e non 140-145*80!!!
Da allora la signora non mi ha mai piu risposto al telefono. Il risultato? Ho speso 1400 euro per una doccia con evidenti rattoppamenti perchè le modifiche apportate hanno condizionato la buona estetica dell'articolo.
4) Il tubo del doccino è risultato troppo largo. Non entra nel supporto applicato al muro. Ne ho dovuto comprare un altro e quello preso da lei giace indisturbato in cantina.
Se non mi accorgevo io che non sono "del mestiere" ci avrei smenato ancora di più. Credevo di essermi affidato a dei professionisti, ma ho perso tempo, soldi e fegato.

I purchased a shower tray, shower cubicle and shower taps. Spending 1400 euros. In order of time, the sales lady was wrong:
1) order of the hand shower support (replaced because I noticed in time a few days after the order that the support was not compatible with the hand shower);
2) the invoice (to obtain the tax advantage, the invoice must be completed in a specific way otherwise they will not download the invoices when completing the 730.) He corrected it on MY report;
3) The shower stall that sold me has the minimum size equal to the size of the shower tray. As a result, the box was too large when the tiles were attached. At my request for replacement / intervention / modification he told me that I had to make arrangements to cut the box and adapt it. (N.b.box new paid 600euro). 4) The hand shower tube was too wide. It does not fit into the support applied to the wall. I had to buy another one and the one taken by her lies undisturbed in the cellar.
If I did not realize that I am not "of the trade" I would have lost it even more. I thought I had trusted professionals, but I lost time, money and liver.
