★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbastanza, ma non troppo, veloce nel far arrivare i prodotti ordinati e buon assortimento di fornitori in un rapporto qualità/prezzo accettabile. Qualcosa da migliorare? Beh si: troppo orientato a gestire i clienti al bancone di vendita, stile "ferramenta" o termo idraulica che sia, piuttosto che avvalersi dei comodi spazi, magari seduti, che ha a disposizione accanto. Negli aggiornamenti sull'arrivo dell'ordinato, privilegia sfacciatamente l'idraulico che te lo fatto conoscere: ovviamente il cliente viene prima e Arpinelli ci si deve adeguare. Ci vuole poco, basta "metterselo in testa": il cliente deve venirne a conoscenza da lui e non saperlo dall'idraulico.
Enough, but not too fast, in getting the ordered products to arrive and a good assortment of suppliers in an acceptable quality / price ratio. Anything to improve? Well yes: too much oriented towards managing customers at the sales counter, "hardware" or thermo-hydraulic style, rather than making use of the comfortable spaces, perhaps seated, available next to them. In the updates on the arrival of the ordered, brazenly favors the plumber who introduced you to it: obviously the customer comes first and Arpinelli has to adapt. It takes little, just "put it in your head": the customer must learn about it from him and not know about it from the plumber.
