Dopo essere stato in molti mobilifici del bassanese per acquistare una cucina, avevo perso qualsiasi speranza di trovare dei venditori precisi, gentili che ti accolgono con il vero sorriso ( purtroppo non è una cosa scontata ), preparati e disponibili! All’Arpa ho trovato tutto questo! Anzi di più. Non ci sono venditori ma persone, persone che hanno veramente la passione per il proprio lavoro, persone che sanno farlo il proprio lavoro e persone che fanno veramente di tutto per soddisfare le richieste del cliente ( a volte anche le più disperate ). Personalmente sono stato seguito da Daniela e Angelica, che ringrazierò per sempre per avermi reso partecipe passo passo nel progetto e per la super disponibilità concessa! Grandissime donne! Sono stata seguita da Giuseppe, pessimo venditore, oltre ad aver aspettato a lungo i preventivi, nella commissione ha inserito pezzi che non avrei mai ordinato ...tanto dai codici uno non se ne accorge e poi quando ti arrivano a casa ormai hai firmato e pagato, così loro si lavano le mani Beautiful and well-kept showroom - too bad the furniture that arrives at home is worse than Ikea !! Siamo stati seguiti da Alex il quale ha saputo capire velocemente quello che piaceva a noi. I montatori sanno lavorare bene, puliti e veloci.... ed è tutta gente nostrana. Fin da subito ci ha colpito la gentilezza , la trasparenza e sopratutto la professionalità dell’arredatore che ci ha seguito ... il signor Alex. Molto attento ai dettagli e sopratutto molto paziente e gentile (cosa che non si trova in tutti i negozi) . Detto ciò ... c’è anche da dire che i prodotti arrivati a casa sono veramente di ottima qualità. E siamo rimasti sbalorditi dalla bravura dei due montatori !!! Molto veloci e sopratutto molto precisi in tutto!! Cosa a nostro avviso fondamentale vista l’importanza del loro lavoro. Insomma impeccabili! Siamo molto felici e soddisfatti della scelta fatta! Cucina arrivata puntulmente. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il servizio di montaggio professionale e metodico (sono stati fatti tagli piano lavoro, alzatina e prese su misura, sul posto!). Dopo un mese di utilizzo, possiamo dire che sono state centrate tutte le nostre necessità. Consigliatissimi!! Inoltre la cucina veneta ha presentato subito un problema con la cappa, che non aspira correttamente, per cui si è gonfiata l'anta in circa 2 mesi dall'acquisto.
