Al primo giro troviamo un capello nel formaggio e va bhe, tra noi ci diciamo che puó succedere non facendogli notare la cosa. Chiediamo quindi il secondo giro ed è qui che succede che troviamo un capello lungo 20/25cm nello spritz. Facciamo notare la cosa alla cameriera che si scusa e mi dice che me lo faceva rifare al che io gli dico di portarmi un crodino che preferivo. Nel frattempo io vado a pagare il conto e gli faccio notare che mi stava facendo pagare anche lo strizt con il capello. Non e per i 6 € ma per il principio!!! Una vergogna !!! A shame, to say the least, we were having an aperitif with friends. On the first round we find a hair in the cheese and well, we tell each other that it can happen by not letting him notice it. We then ask for the second round and it is here that we find a 20 / 25cm long hair in the spritz. We point this out to the waitress who apologizes and tells me that she made me do it again and I tell him to bring me a crodino that I prefer. In the meantime, I'm going to pay the bill and I point out that he was also charging me for the strizt with the hair. It is not for the 6 € but for the principle !!! A shame !!!

Ottimo il caffè ed anche il latte di soia, utilizzato per macchiarlo. Punto debole invece le brioches; la marmellata utilizzata per la sovrabbondante farcitura, è pessima, ha lo stesso sapore di quella contenuta nelle monoporzioni in plastica. Un consiglio...le merendine preconfezionate, posizionate nella vetrinetta vicino alla cassa...raga... ....anche no ; non è il massimo da vedere. Detto ciò si può solo che migliorare, perché il potenziale c'è e piazzale Arnaldo è molto frequentato. 3 stars of encouragement, because the location is beautiful, perfectly sanitized and the staff are young, fast and polite. Excellent coffee and also soy milk, used to stain it. Weak point instead the brioches; the jam used for the overabundant filling is very bad, it tastes the same as that contained in the plastic single portions. A word of advice ... the pre-packaged snacks, placed in the display cabinet near the cash desk ... guys ... .... even no; not the best to see. Having said that, we can only improve, because the potential is there and piazzale Arnaldo is very popular.
