★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se potessi, metterei zero stelle. un affilacoltelli usato due volte, difettoso, ancora dopo ben 4 mesi non si sono neanche fatti sentire. appena chiamato mi hanno risposto che i tempi di attesa sono corretti e che appena avranno tempo lo spediranno alla ditta per verifica. spero serva ad altri la mia segnalazione. non ci passerò più neanche dalla strada. E' facile lasciare feedback positivi.....aspettate di avere un problema.
if I could, I would put zero stars. a sharpener used twice, defective, still after 4 months they didn't even make themselves heard. just called they replied that the waiting times are correct and that as soon as they have time they will send it to the company for verification. I hope my report will be useful to others. I won't even pass by the road anymore. It is easy to leave positive feedback ..... wait until you have a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perchè zero non mi è consentito...no comment...aggiungo la spiegazione di quanto scritto precedentemente in quanto mi è stato richiesto dal titolare (immagino sia lui). Il sito non è preciso, volevo fare un regalo ad un amico, e l'intenzione era di acquistare un portafoglio della polizia penitenziaria, una volta fatto l'ordine mi è stato comunicato che non si poteva concludere in quanto bisognava comunicare il numero e la spedizione doveva avvenire presso la caserma di appartenenza. La risposta alla mia richiesta di chiarimenti è stata alquanto sbrigativa. Spero di essere stato abbastanza chiaro.
