★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il luogo è molto accogliente. la maestra Marina da spiegazioni approfondite ed esaustive, mette a proprio agio anche una neofita come me e incoraggia quando c'è né più bisogno la dove si incontra difficoltà negli esercizi. La lezione è individuale al momento ed è consigliato portare un proprio tappetino, ma in caso di necessità ve ne sono di disponibili in loco. La pratica di hatha yoga termina con un accompagnamento musicale (campane himalayane e altro)che rende l'esperienza ancora più rivitalizzante e profonda.
Lo consiglio assolutamente.
The place is very welcoming. the teacher Marina gives in-depth and exhaustive explanations, puts even a neophyte like me at ease and encourages when there is no longer a need where one encounters difficulties in the exercises. The lesson is individual at the moment and it is recommended to bring your own mat, but in case of need there are some available on site. The practice of hatha yoga ends with a musical accompaniment (Himalayan bells and more) which makes the experience even more revitalizing and profound.
I absolutely recommend it.
