★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buonasera, sono anni che mi faccio coccolare rilassare da questo bellissimo centro, da un mese a questa parte sto seguendo su suggerimento ed indicazione di Manuela un programma che si chiama BEAUTY OVER 40, che dire fantastico un pacchetto completo comprendente di : esercizio fisico, stretching, massaggio/trattamento, eseguiti sul posto assieme a Manuela o dal suo meraviglioso staff Antonella e Giovanna, nel pacchetto è compreso anche l'incontro con una nutrizionista, e la sua relativa dieta da seguire.
Con costanza e determinazione i risultati si vedono (ho già perso 5 kg) e sono solo all'inizio.

good evening, for years I have been pampered and relaxed by this beautiful center, for a month now I have been following at the suggestion and indication of Manuela a program called BEAUTY OVER 40, which is fantastic a complete package including: physical exercise, stretching , massage / treatment, performed on the spot together with Manuela or by her wonderful staff Antonella and Giovanna, the package also includes a meeting with a nutritionist, and her relative diet to follow.
With perseverance and determination the results are visible (I have already lost 5 kg) and they are only at the beginning.

È un'esperienza davvero da provare, è un'ora di vera coccola e relax.
Manuela e Giovanna sono davvero affiatate e sincronizzate, tanto da non capire qual'è il tocco di una e quale dell'altra, si è continuamente avvolti da massaggi dalla testa ai piedi, praticamente le loro mani non si staccano mai dal tuo corpo.
Inoltre utilizzano anche pietre e salviette calde, quindi si hanno ulteriori piacevoli sensazioni.
È talmente rilassante che sembra quasi di fluttuare tra i massaggi delle loro mani, puro benessere.
Sicuramente da rifare presto :)

4 hands massage ... a sensory journey.
It is truly an experience to try, it is an hour of true pampering and relaxation.
Manuela and Giovanna are really close-knit and synchronized, so much so that you don't understand what the touch of one is and which of the other, you are continually wrapped in massages from head to toe, practically their hands never leave your body.
In addition, they also use stones and hot towels, so you have additional pleasant sensations.
It is so relaxing that it almost seems to float between the massages of their hands, pure well-being.
Definitely to be redone soon :)
