Sembra che si irritino per ogni minimo aiuto che gli chiedi, cosa che non dovrebbe succedere visto che comunque vi occupate di servire la clientela… io non sono mai stata scostumata e non ho mai preteso cose, ho sempre chiesto aiuto con gentilezza e ringraziato, ma sembrano sempre irritate non so per quale motivo. Non salutano…non accolgono..ti aiutano senza voglia. Noi stiamo venendo a pagarvi per acquistare e non a prendere cose gratuitamente. O lo fate con voglia oppure cambiate mestiere se non vi soddisfa perché facendo così perderete tanti clienti, non vengo più per questo. Un’operatrice mi ha contattata delle ore dopo aver già pagato e confermato l’ordine inizialmente perché non avevano più un articolo che però era presente nel sito. Ho risolto il problema annullando e rifacendo l’ordine da sola. Una volta completato, sono stata contattata di nuovo per un articolo difettato/ingiallito. Provvedo ancora ad essere disponibile e a scegliere qualcosa come alternativa. Sembra essere tutto apposto l’operatrice mi dice che spedisce il pacco. Mi arriva senza l’articolo che avevo scelto. Mi dispiace ma il servizio é pessimo e poco professionale. I have just received the order. Delivery and products nothing to object. But I had to reorder the order twice.
