Ciro che al nipote, sempre disponibili, cortesi ed ospitali, diverse volte ho avuto il piacere di fare acquisti presso l'armeria XGun, mai ricevuto alcuno sgarbo ma tanta pazienza sebbene le mie innumerevoli richieste, ho da pochissimo acquistato un'altra pistola, da poco presente sul mercato italiano, forse sono tra i primi ad averla acquista e ricevuta anche in tempi celeri, solo grazie alla loro professionalità e dedizione al lavoro, sembra di stare in un salotto tra vecchi amici a chiacchierare in loro compagnia. Sono, quindi, sconcertato dalla recensione così negativa fatta dalla sig.ra Elisa, non riscontro alcun punto da lei lamento se non la effettiva mancanza delle munizioni che ahimè causata dalla lenta burocrazia italiana che tarda a rilasciare l'autorizzazione, nella vita si può sbagliare ma sarebbe triste pensare che questa critica che non lascia scampo null'altro sia che uno squallido tentavo di aggredire la concorrenza. Ho chiesto in quali condizioni erano alcune armi che loro stesso mi avevano mostrato e non me lo hanno saputo dire. Inoltre mi hanno avvisato anticipatamente che qualora avessi comprato un arma i colpi li avrei dovuti comprare altrove poiché loro non erano forniti. Ci vuole pazienza nello spiegare ai clienti le condizioni il funzionamento e i particolari di un arma non arronzarlo.
