Ho chiamato in continuazione ma non mi rispondevano. Mi hanno detto che mi facevano ricontattare ma ancora sto aspettando la telefonata o un e mail per il reso.?? Sinceramente i tempi mi sono sembrati troppo lunghi per la consegna. Il titolare ITALO, gentilissimo, ha risposto in maniera molto professionale alle mie richieste sulla vestibilità del capo. Il risultato è stato che mi va benissimo, come se lo avessi provato direttamente in armeria. Molto positiva anche la spedizione. Allora io mi lamento del fatto che il sito web non viene aggiornato mai e di come fosse stato possibile che lcordine viene confermato con un prodotto non disponibile! Allora mi viene comunicato che in automatico il mio ordine era stato annullato, ma nessuno mi ha mai comunicato ciò!!! VERGOGNOSO NEL 2021 ATTIVITÀ COME QUESTE NON DOVREBBERO ESSERE APERTE, Ho aspettato x 10 giorni invano un Ordine che non sarebbe mai partito e nessuno sì è degnato di chiamarmi o mamdarmi un e-mail......nonostante avessero tutti i miei dati a disposizione......mi chiedo solo cosa fate a chi vi paga in anticipo???? B	Bartolo Studiale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile....tuttavia mi sono finto incompetente nel visionare un revolver single action che avevo valutato di prendere per la specialità del tiro western....l'arma era comunque un buon usato valutabile in non più di 350 euro ad essere generosi 400 euro ....non l'ho presa perché non rispondente a quello che cercavo e soprattutto perché mi è stata chiesta una somma esorbitante rispetto al mercato del nuovo.....anzi un prezzo ben superiore al nuovo.... Kind staff .... however I pretended to be incompetent in viewing a single action revolver that I had considered taking for the specialty of western shooting .... the weapon was still a good used one, valued at no more than 350 euros to be generous 400 euros .... Il 15 gennaio ordino un prodotto Beretta, passano i giorni e il prodotto non mi viene mai spedito (ho pagato 6€ di spedizioni). Cerco di contattare il venditore tramite messaggistica il 24 gennaio, spiegando che non mi serviva più essendo già passato il compleanno per il quale l’avevo acquistato. Niente. Chiamo chiedendo il rimborso..ma il signor Fabrizio mi dice di non essere esperto in questi acquisti Amazon per cui mi indirizza verso un’altra persona..con la promessa di farmi richiamare, cosa che non ho accettato. Parte un contatto via whatsapp dove invio i dati dell’ordine…richiamo nei giorni dopo ma non ho risposta. Oggi ho finalmente ottenuto il mio rimborso e rispetto alle altre esperienze sono stata fortunata ma sono rimasta allibita dalla poca serietà di questa fantomatica armeria..credo che il prodotto non fosse più disponibile nonostante era segnato che ce ne fossero 3. Colpa mia che non ho letto le altre recensioni prima di ordinare loro qualcosa.
