L'articolo arrivato al negozio era totalmente diverso da quello da me richiesto, ma, fin qui, nessun problema: tutti possono sbagliare e, a dirla tutta, probabilmente la colpa era più dell'importatore che dell'armiere. Il problema è che, al mio rifiuto di acquistare un prodotto del tutto diverso da quello da me ordinato (intenzione da me comunicata con tono assolutamente pacato ed amichevole), il proprietario dell'armeria ha reagito male e, alzando la voce, mi ha detto che non mi avrebbe mai più offerto la possibilità di ordinare qualcosa. Da quel momento non ho più messo piede nell'armeria, ho speso i miei soldi (tanti!) altrove. Mai visto un comportamento così impulsivo e poco professionale da parte di un armiere. The item that arrived at the shop was totally different from the one I requested, but, so far, no problem: everyone can make mistakes and, to be honest, probably the fault was more of the importer than of the gunner. The problem is that, to my refusal to purchase a product completely different from the one I ordered (intention communicated by me in an absolutely calm and friendly tone), the owner of the armory reacted badly and, raising his voice, he told me that would never again offer me the opportunity to order something. From that moment on, I never set foot in the armory again, I spent my money (a lot!) Elsewhere. Never seen such an impulsive and unprofessional behavior by an armourer.
